Eliza Grace Homes in Van Alstyne, TX, has been enhancing day-to-day life through inspiring and transformational design-build and interior design solutions since 2015. Our secret sauce is our passion for ensuring you feel at peace in your space! We are more than just a team of basic contractors who tackle home renovation projects so that you don’t have to; every design choice we make or collaborate with you on has a purpose. We take our time walking through your space for the first time and let our imagination and creativity run wild. We think outside the box to best use that space and aren’t afraid to tell you what needs to happen versus being mindless order-takers. Don’t get us wrong — we celebrate your ideas and vision and find unique ways to bring them into existence. Grace is a highly skilled interior designer and custom home guru with an eye for detail and an uncanny ability to collaborate with homeowners, her team, and project partners to get the most out of every space and bring any design idea to life. She started GreenWick Interior Design in 2015 as a side gig before watching her client base soar exponentially within the first few years. As a result, she rebranded to Eliza Grace Homes in 2023 and hasn’t looked back since. Her portfolio includes small bathroom remodels, material installation, project management for custom home builds, and interior design. Though she can be brought in at any stage of your next project, she’s made her mark in the design-build world — taking customers through the entire journey of the initial concept to the satisfying dream home they’ve always wanted.
Grace comes from a family of successful entrepreneurs, architects, renovation specialists, interior designers, and custom home builders. Needless to say, she grew up in the industry and has been on a job site or knee-deep in a renovation project somewhere for as long as she can remember. She graduated from Texas A&M-Commerce with a degree in English Literature. However, she has an insatiable thirst for knowledge and studied everything from 2D and 3D CAD design to painting, sculpting, art, international business, and modern languages.
She bought her first house in 2010 and immediately renovated it. She did the same thing for another property a short time later and bought her first historic home in Whitewright, TX. The property was a reasonably untouched 1910 Victorian home, and she quickly worked on restoring its charm and beauty. She has since worked on countless properties in and around Grayson County and can’t wait to bring your idea into existence next.
In her free time, Grace is constantly working on different projects around her own home and collecting antiques. When she’s not doing that, she is spending time with her amazing daughters (Nadia and Adella) and husband, Jory.

PROJECT MANAGER & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Jory is a former construction and oil drilling professional who has quickly become an integral piece of the Eliza Grace Homes pie. His current role is to oversee all renovation, remodeling, and custom home construction projects, including working directly with crews to ensure every project is staffed correctly and has the materials necessary to reach the finish line efficiently, on time, and within budget.
Jory loves working on the small details of each project, finding solutions to complex problems, and ensuring every client has the best experience possible. Jory is also an avid musician, having played the drums for several popular bands, and operates his own recording studio. He has two daughters and enjoys spending as much time as possible with his fiancé, Eliza Grace, and his daughters (Emory and Josie Walker).
FULL-TIME INTERIOR DESIGNER
Brittany has worked as an interior designer at Eliza Grace Homes for over two years. She earned her Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design in 2020 and worked for a flooring and design center before joining Eliza Grace. Born and raised in Texas, Brittany has a knack for lighting design trends and helping clients choose materials they'll love for a lifetime.
